Stacey Decker Cabrera is the founder of Cedar & Stone Realty Group and a lifelong Pacific Northwest local who believes real estate is about more than homes; it’s about people, timing, and life’s transitions.

Known for her thoughtful, steady approach, Stacey works closely with buyers, sellers, and relocating clients to help them move forward with confidence. She’s deeply invested in her clients’ stories and takes pride in guiding them through meaningful change with care and intention.

Outside of real estate, Stacey is a proud stepmom to one, dog mom to three, and a happy wife who loves being outdoors, tackling home projects, and spending time in the kitchen. She enjoys reading, skiing, hiking, Pilates, watercolor, and learning new hobbies (especially the ones that spark creativity and connection).

Sarah Blanco is a native Oregonian who grew up on the west side of Portland and currently resides in the Cedar Mill area. She loves to travel and seek new adventures! In her free time, she enjoys boating, running relays, gardening and making memories with her family.
